About Us
BeAussie Skilled Migration was founded by Peruvian-born Australians (Australianas nacidas en Peru), Daniela and Jovanka, who migrated to Australia in 2016 in pursuit of the Aussie dream. Their paths crossed at Bond University, where a lasting friendship blossomed into a shared vision.
A decade later, they launched BeAussie to empower other skilled migrants by sharing their personal journey.
Both lived firsthand experience navigating Australia’s migration system – Dani through a Partner Visa (Subclass 820/801) and Jova via the Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189). Their story reflects resilience, ambition, and a deep commitment to helping others build a new life in Australia with confidence and community.

Having navigated migration pathways across four countries, including seven years in the U.S. and over a decade in Australia. Jovanka brings a rare blend of empathy, strategic insight, and lived experience to her work as a Registered Migration Agent. She is committed to providing honest, competent, and ethical guidance tailored to each client's unique journey.
Jovanka holds a MBA from Bond University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Ricardo Palma in Peru, grounding her practice in a strong understanding of complex systems, cross-cultural dynamics, and strategic problem-solving. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to navigate regulatory frameworks with precision while maintaining a compassionate, human-focused approach to every case.
Daniela Ricketts Dalton

As Business and Operations Manager, Daniela brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic executive roles across diverse industries, where she has led high-performing teams, optimised operational systems, and strengthened organisational capability. Her leadership style blends analytical thinking with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Daniela holds a MBA from Bond University and a Bachelor in Communications from Universidad de Lima, shaping her solid understanding of organisational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to streamline processes, enhance client experience, and contribute to a workplace culture built on integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
